* One Winner of Selection who join SENKO CUP will given around RM1,000 from japan for cooperation and game participation.

Qualification
All amateur Weiqi players outside of China. Professionals are refused.

Tournament Rules
– Every match is played online at Tygem.
– Taking the 2002 Chinese Weiqi Rule, black gives 7.5 points komi.
– Taking integral arrangement, the specific round number will be informed after all registration.
– Each game each side has 45 minutes, after with 30 seconds 3 times byo-yomi.
– After registration it is forbidden to drop games, dropping for one game will be knocked out.
– Cheating is seriously forbidden, when cheating is confirmed, the player will be noted on the list of broken promises and will be banned for participating in any games for 3 years.
– Players need to prepare video record during every personal game in case of the inspection. The video needs to record both PC screen and player. To avoid appeal without consideration, each appeal requires 200 RMB deposit, once succeed it will be return.

Prizes
– Rank 1: 6,000 CNY
– Rank 2: 4,000 CNY
– Rank 3: 2,000 CNY
– Rank 4-8: 1,000 CNY
– Rank 9-16: 600 CNY
** All prizes are tax-included.

All participants will receive certificates and electronical Weiqi studying materials.
