- Swiss League System – (4 Rounds, Tie-breaker SOS, SOSOS)
- Japanese Rules, Even game, Komi 6.5
- Absolute time 45min each player
- Total 16 Teams to be invited (by invitation only)

Champion Team:- Trophy, Medal & Cash Prize RM500/Team.
1st Runner Up Team:- Trophy , Medal & Cash Prize RM300/Team.
2nd Runner Up Team:- Trophy , Medal & Cash Prize RM200/Team.
4th to 6th Team:- Medal
