Event: 2024 9th Silk Road International City Weiqi Open Tournament
Date: 21/11/ 2024 – 25/11/2024
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Host Organization: Chinese Weiqi Association
The top ten individual players will receive cash prizes, trophies, and certificates:
1. Champion: 60,000 yuan
2. 2nd to 10th places: 30,000 yuan, 15,000 yuan, 8,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan, 3,000 yuan, 2,000 yuan, 2,000 yuan, 1,500 yuan, and 1,500 yuan (before tax)
3. The top six teams will be awarded trophies and certificates.
4. The top-ranked amateur player in individual results can apply for an amateur 7-dan rank (without extension).
5. Players ranked 2nd to 4th can apply for an amateur 6-dan rank (extendable to the top 16).
