Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Host Organization: Chinese Weiqi Association

The top ten individual players will receive cash prizes, trophies, and certificates:

1. Champion: 60,000 yuan

2. 2nd to 10th places: 30,000 yuan, 15,000 yuan, 8,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan, 3,000 yuan, 2,000 yuan, 2,000 yuan, 1,500 yuan, and 1,500 yuan (before tax)

3. The top six teams will be awarded trophies and certificates.

4. The top-ranked amateur player in individual results can apply for an amateur 7-dan rank (without extension).

5. Players ranked 2nd to 4th can apply for an amateur 6-dan rank (extendable to the top 16).

The 11th Malaysia Weiqi Open Tournament has officially come to an end, and what an incredible journey it has been! ๐Ÿ†

A huge congratulations to our Open Group International Winner, Mr. Kurebayashi Eiryu, who takes home a prize of RM 5000, and our Open Group Malaysia Winner, Mr. Wynes Leong, who wins RM 3000! Your exceptional skills and dedication have truly shone through. ๐ŸŒŸ

We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to the top 6 winners of the High-Kyu Group who will officially receive the certificate of 1-Dan from the Malaysia Weiqi Association. Your hard work and determination have paid off!
